Sometimes, you’re just too busy to really cook. I worked both days this weekend hosting events, so when I got home last night, it was all I could do to not order takeout. Luckily, I found out about Asulia at PJ Pitches (our coworking space’s informal practice pitch event) on Saturday, and immediately hunted them down for a too-tired-to-cook treat.
Asulia is an all-natural, vegetable-obsessed food company that makes delicious, produce-packed dumplings. These tasty vegan morsels are handcrafted in Brookline, MA and come in three varieties: kale, chickpea, and taro root.
For 37 to 50 calories per dumpling, it was an easy and healthy dinner to toss together. I paired them with whole wheat couscous, sautéed bok choy, and some Netflix to truly unwind.
You can currently find Asulia in the freezer cases at Whole Foods Dedham and South End Formaggio.
