The Boston Parks Summer Fitness Series
June 4 to August 30, multiple locations
This city-sponsored program features a class almost every day this summer. Yoga, Zumba, tai chi, line dancing, and bootcamp workouts will be held at multiple locations around Boston. The kickoff event is June 4 at Christopher Columbus Park. Check out the full schedule:
Healthy, Fit & Fun
July 7 to September 12, locations along the Esplanade
Work out along the Charles with The Esplanade Association’s Healthy, Fit & Fun series. There are walking and running clubs, yoga, Zumba, Crossfit, tai chi, and dance classes available Monday through Thursday.
Sunrise Yoga at the InterContinental
Saturdays at 9:30 am, starting May 31
Did you know some of Boston’s best hotels offer events that are open to the public? Led by Kripalu Certified Yoga Teacher Mark Ganek, yoga on the InterContinental‘s beautiful waterfront lawn is a great way to start the weekend.
